Bronco Shop Scholarship Information

Textbook Out of Stock?

If a required* textbook is out of stock and not available on the Bronco Shop website, use our Special Order Form to request it. We will contact you within ~48 hours after submission.

*Required: Only books listed as "required" or "alt required" on your book list are eligible for scholarship orders and special orders. If two or more items are listed as "alt required" (alternate required), you only need to choose one.

IA with Scholarships at the Bronco Shop

If you see an “IA” title on your booklist, this means the charge is currently applied to your Student Center Account with an “E-Textbook” description.

If you want this charge removed from your Student Center Account and instead charged to your scholarship/account, please email broncoshopaccounts@boisestate.edu with:

  • Course ID (e.g., MATH 175-001)
  • Book/title's ISBN number
  • Your Student ID

We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Veteran Voc Rehab (Chapter 31)

If you’ve received authorization from a Veteran Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, follow these instructions:

  1. Veteran Voc Rehab students will have two accounts: one for textbooks and one for supplies. Place separate orders for each.
  2. Only "Required" or "Alt Required" textbooks may be purchased. "Recommended" items are not eligible.
    • If multiple "Alt Required" versions exist, choose your preferred format (e.g., eBook or hardback).
    • If more than one "Alt Required" item is ordered, we will send one and cancel the rest unless notified.
    • Unlisted items will be canceled from the order.
    • Out-of-stock items can be special ordered here.
    • You’ll receive an email if any changes are needed.
  3. Supply orders may include up to $40 in basic school supplies (pens, paper, etc.).
    • This limit may vary based on counselor authorization.
    • Technology and special items (e.g., laptops, calculators) must be coordinated with your counselor directly.
  4. To order textbooks:
    • Go to www.broncoshop.com/booklists.asp to see instructions on how to view your booklist and proceed to checkout.
    • Select "UPS/FEDEX Ground", "On Campus Delivery", or "Student Union Store Pick Up" (if available).
    • Choose VETERAN SERVICE VOC REHAB BOOK as your payment method and enter your Student ID.
  5. To order supplies:
    • Shop our supplies online and proceed to check out.
    • Choose VETERAN SERVICE VOC REHAB SUPPLY at checkout.
    • Enter your Student ID.
    • Charges beyond the account limit must be paid with a credit card.
    • Invalid account errors should be reported to broncoshopaccounts@boisestate.edu.
  6. Please allow 48 hours for order processing.
    • We’ll contact you by email if adjustments are necessary.
    • Orders may change if:
      • Duplicate Alt Required items are selected.
      • Recommended or unauthorized items are ordered.
      • Items are out of stock.
  7. IMPORTANT: Once you’ve received your items, you MUST email broncoshopaccounts@boisestate.edu to confirm delivery.
    • Failure to confirm may result in personal responsibility for payment and a temporary account hold.

Disability Voc Rehab

If authorized by a Disability Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, use the following guidance to order online:

  1. Textbook account has a specific limit authorized via the "Vocational Rehabilitation Authorization" form.
    • Orders exceeding this limit must pay the overage via credit card or provide an updated authorization form.
  2. Allowed to order “Required” and “Alt Required” textbooks only.
    • Choose preferred versions if multiple “Alt Required” options exist.
    • Ordering multiple versions of the same textbook will result in only one being sent unless otherwise notified.
    • Textbooks not marked “Required” or “Alt Required” may be removed.
    • If out of stock, use the Special Order Form.
    • Changes to your order will be communicated via email.
  3. Go to www.broncoshop.com/booklists.asp to see instructions on how to view your booklist and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter shipping info, select payment method as “Disability Voc Rehab”, input Student ID.
  5. Please allow ~48 hours for processing and shipping. Any changes or stock issues will be communicated via email.
    • Orders may be changed if multiple versions of the same textbook are on the order, unauthorized items are included, or items are out of stock.

Bronco Shop Scholarship

Students confirmed by Financial Aid and Scholarships can spend up to $500/year on textbooks, course materials, and select technology.

  1. You can order “Required”, “Alt Required”, and “Recommended” textbooks.
    • If multiple “Alt Required” versions are available, choose your preferred one.
    • Only one version will be sent; others will be canceled unless otherwise notified.
    • Textbooks not marked “Required” or “Alt Required” may be canceled.
    • If out of stock, use the Special Order Form.
    • Changes to orders will be emailed.
  2. Go to www.broncoshop.com/booklists.asp to see instructions on how to view your booklist and proceed to checkout.
    • Enter shipping information.
    • Select payment method “Bronco Shop Scholarship” (for course materials/textbooks, not supplies).
    • Input Student ID. If invalid, contact broncoshopaccounts@boisestate.edu.
  3. Allow ~48 hours for processing and shipping. Changes or stock issues will be communicated.

Athletics Scholarships

  1. Go to www.broncoshop.com/booklists.asp to see instructions on how to view your booklist and proceed to checkout.
  2. Purchase only “Required” and “Alt Required” items. “Recommended” items are NOT permitted.
    • If multiple “Alt Required” versions exist, choose your preferred one.
    • IA materials will be added to your order automatically. Do not opt out unless you have alternative access.
  3. Checkout instructions:
    1. Complete all contact info.
    2. Select “Athletic Scholarship Pickup” as shipping method. If out of state, contact your Athletics Advisor for shipping options.
    3. Input billing address (required by system, no charge will be applied).
    4. Select “Athletic Scholarship” as payment method and enter Student ID.
    5. If account error occurs, contact broncoshopaccounts@boisestate.edu and CC kaitchase@boisestate.edu.
    6. Review and place your order.
  4. Orders are processed within 48-72 hours. You will be notified when ready for pickup at the Bronco Shop (Student Union). If you cannot pick up your books on campus, contact your Athletics Advisor to see if the Athletics Department can ship them to you.

One Refugee Scholarship

If authorized by a One Refugee Education Counselor, follow these instructions:

  1. One Refugee covers the cost of all required textbooks.
  2. You can order “Required”, “Alt Required”, and “Recommended” textbooks.
    • Choose preferred versions if multiple “Alt Required” options exist.
    • Only one version will be sent if multiple purchased, others canceled unless notified.
    • Textbooks not marked “Required” or “Alt Required” may be canceled.
    • If out of stock, use the Special Order Form.
    • Changes will be communicated by email.
  3. Go to www.broncoshop.com/booklists.asp to see instructions on how to view your booklist and proceed to checkout.
    • Enter shipping info.
    • Select payment method “One Refugee Scholarship” for course materials/textbooks, not supplies.
    • Input Student ID. If invalid, contact broncoshopaccounts@boisestate.edu.
  4. Allow ~48 hours for processing. Changes and stock issues will be emailed.
