Bronco Shop Openings
Text Specialist
- Overview: The Text Specialist assists the Digital Materials Buyer, Course Materials Buyer, and the store in various roles.
- Digital Materials Buyer:
- Accurately approve Inclusive Access (or Flexible) adoptions in Verba Collect
- Accurately set up Inclusive Access (or Flexible) in the following:
- Google Sheets
- Verba Collect
- WinPrism
- Verba Connect
- Additional roles as they come up
- Course Materials Buyer:
- Accurately approve physical course material adoptions in Verba Collect
- Approve physical course materials in WinPrism
- Monitoring the Textbook Office email
- Be in the Textbook Department during RUSH to:
- Support students with their booklists
- Support students and student employees with questions
- Monitor stock
- Additional roles as they come up
- Store:
- Assist during events that impact the Textbook Department. Some examples are:
- RUSH
- Football Games
- Grad Fair
- Additional roles as they come up
- Expectations/Requirements:
- Know WinPrism or be willing to learn more about it
- Have basic knowledge of Google Sheets
- Be able to understand shelf cards
- Pay attention to details
- Be willing to learn and ask questions
- Do basic data entry
- Be here during the summer*
