Note: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for purchases made through third-party retailers. Please verify the place of purchase on your receipt or at the bottom of the retailer’s website.
Apparel & Novelty
Returns
Accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and tags. Clearance items are final sale. Online returns: email broncoexpress@boisestate.edu with your web order number to receive a return label. Refunds will be processed 1–5 business days after item is received.
Exchanges
Accepted within 30 days with receipt and tags. For online exchanges, contact broncoexpress@boisestate.edu with your order number. You’ll receive a return label and be charged $9.95 shipping for the exchanged item.
BroncoTec (Electronics & Technology)
Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. Opened electronics are only returnable if defective and will be exchanged for the identical product within 14 days.
Apple Products: Must be verified by Apple (call 1-800-800-2775) and issued a case number before return. After 30 days, all Apple warranty issues must go through Apple directly.
Non-Apple Products: Warranty issues must be handled with the manufacturer. Open-box computers or tablets are not accepted.
Exchanges
Unopened items can be exchanged within 14 days with a receipt. Opened items are not eligible for exchanges.

Returns
Returns are not accepted as these are event-based items. For questions or exchanges, email broncoexpress@boisestate.edu.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged with the original receipt, tags, and packaging. Online orders: contact us to receive a return label. A $9.95 shipping fee will be charged for the new item.
Course Materials & Textbooks
How to Return
In-Store: Bring your original receipt and return items before the deadline printed on your receipt. Items must meet return eligibility requirements.
Online Orders: Visit Bronco Express in the Student Union or email broncoexpress@boisestate.edu to request a return label.

Return Eligibility
- Original receipt or packing slip required
- Shrink wrap or sealed access codes must be unopened
- New books must be unmarked
- Used books must be in resalable condition
- All bundled materials must be returned together
Defective Products
Bring defective items and your receipt to the Bronco Shop. We’ll do our best to replace it with the same product.
Replacement Policy
If there are issues with your order, contact us within 30 days. If an issue is found before processing, we will email you with updates.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email broncoexpress@boisestate.edu with a clear photo. Please note:
- Minor imperfections or color variations are not considered damage
- Shipping blemishes may occur and may not qualify as damage
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
These are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Bronco Shop is not responsible for extra delivery charges due to customer error or changes.
Unavailable Items
If an item is sold out or canceled, a refund may be issued instead of a replacement. Replacements and refunds are at the discretion of the Bronco Shop.
